In 2021 we signed up to the  and started our journey to run schools more efficiently from an environmental point of view. Richard Crompton, our Director of Operations, supported Let’s Go Zero 2030 on one of their first ever webinars on governance and reviewing the DfE strategy, which you can see in the video above.

We also invited representatives of the Let’s Go Zero 2030 team corporate organisation to participate in our annual conference in January 2022, and we continue to work with them on campaigning initiatives and support them in encouraging other schools to sign up to the carbon zero pledge.

In the 2023-2024 academic year we plan to take part in the , partners of Let’s Go Zero 2030. Together, we will promote a range of climate themed-challenges and activities on National Schools Action Day, allowing pupils to get physically active and to explore their passion for sustainability.
